      * Organizational issues * Leadership is sometimes disconnected from people * A lot of old timers left after cashing out stocks, thus maintaining some areas is quite difficult * Not enough people in the teams, hard to cover all areas, thus quality of the product decreases in some cases

      Unlimited PTO for US employees, there are still good employees at the company,

      Inconvénients

      Leadership is out of touch, constantly shifting priorities, reorgs and RIFs are the new norm, unless you're on the AI team don't expect impressive compensation, tons of waste
