      Great community of people Working in the video games industry

      Inconvénients

      A LOT of instability. In the last year, I have seen 3 different RIFs and there's most likely more coming.

      Unlimited PTO for US employees, there are still good employees at the company,

      Inconvénients

      Leadership is out of touch, constantly shifting priorities, reorgs and RIFs are the new norm, unless you're on the AI team don't expect impressive compensation, tons of waste
