      Inconvénients

      Full of workplace bullies, toxic managers especially at MAP. Working there was a true nightmare and a traumatic experience. The organization itself is dysfunctional and archaic and you are exploited to the max with no work life balance. Senior leadership is delusional and political. Stay away!

      -fantastic co-workers -good communication and support from management -good cost of living salary increases each year -manager was very supportive in my professional growth -good benefits and retirement plans

      -limited ability to get significant increases in pay or promotions -limited funding for ongoing development
