Worst company ever! - Avis employé Associate Account Manager Unity Infotech

Culture and language biased company-prefers/ favoritism towards "Keralites" Very poor management and the directors are inexperienced to handle the company. Very bad politics, favoritism and the worst of all- opaque work culture. Low salary structure, no payments of incentives, the employees are treated like slaves and are expected to work any time without additional pay or benefits. Claims to be a well-organised company, but in reality, they do not have the required resources (people) to finish a project on time and thus, the extra work for the existing ones. And when someone decide to leave, they create numerous problems for that person, which are not limited to, not paying the final settlement/ unexplained reductions, not letting the person know about the cancellation of visa thus, creating additional problems. Overall, it was the worst decision ever to join this company and to work hard for them. Highly recommended to STAY AWAY from Unity Infotech Solutions!!
