      Avantages

      Good management that are accessible if you need them. Employees seem happier here. I see a lot more smiles at this Hospital.

      Inconvénients

      They do like to pile more and more expectations upon you once you are hired. They add on more tasks but you only have the same amount of time and staff to get them done in as before.
