      Avantages

      Universum is diverse, inclusive, create room for feedback and encourage a flexible lifestyle. I love it here!

      Inconvénients

      It is a smaller organization, which means they don't have training and onboarding like a large corporation might have, but they do their best. Should be willing to be a self starter and doesn't need hand holding to be successful.
