      Avantages

      Good culture, the top leadership listens and the senior management thinks about your career.

      Inconvénients

      Salaries could be more competitive, but at the same time, the value in having an almost until recently privately owned company (no external funders) is stability. There is also a lot faster career growth here too.

      Smart coworkers, interesting product, great market. Company practices what they preach in terms of culture / happiness at work.

      Inconvénients

      A lot of process changes, but that comes with the territory at a smaller company.

      France based, so time zone differences for executives/ HR isn't ideal. Payed monthly which is different.
