      Avantages

      Easy, people was crappy degrees from crappy schools, easy to get a job, easy screening process.

      Inconvénients

      Upper management is poor and under-qualified. Crappy benefits, no opportunity for personal or professional growth. Raises are nominal with no real increase in salary. High turnover rate.

      Avantages

      They are nice to work for because they are not one of the temp firms that try to pay as little as they can get away with. They have placed multiple people into temp jobs that became permanent jobs at firms.

      Inconvénients

      Seems as if they have less connections with firms that keep the placements coming.

      I was consistently working on assignments that went longer than expected.

      My experience was pretty consistent with other agencies in town.
