Niche market that company used to operate has become saturated and company failed to transform. Old-fashioned products and services (relying still on SMS). Senior management has no respect for employees, usually trying to impose with fear. Bad management overall resulted in many lay-offs during 2017 and 2018 (already): employees lose their jobs because of senior management mistakes and bad planning.
