Avantages

Really good food, busy restaurants, no uniforms.

Inconvénients

The company says they want free thinkers, but it's only okay if you agree with them. Managers complain about upper management micromanaging them but then do the same thing to their employees. FOH can wear what they want, but in training they basically humiliate people who don't dress "cool". The company says they are all about people, yet in a HUGE restaurant there was nowhere for employees to take a break or keep any drinks, food or belongings. They fire people who are injured, sick or who they just dislike with no warnings. Servers have to count all of the money and are responsible for divvying everyone's tips... definitely mistakes are made and it's a drag at the end of a long night. Sidework is extremely excessive and long at this company. Also, they are obsessed with "foot speed" to the point they will literally push you if they don't like the speed you are going. We had to follow around someone actually running around the restaurant during training. If you're a lemming and ra ra ra person, you might like this place. If you're intelligent and don't like condescending management and bureaucracy, look elsewhere. This is one of the worst restaurants I've worked in as far as gossip, bad mouthing coworkers, and management taking opinions of servers to make hiring and firing decisions. Tips are split between too many support staff to make good money. Most work and least pay I've had in a restaurant job.

Avantages

Free food as well as nothing.

Inconvénients

50 hour scheduled work weeks. Non existent bonuses. Underpaid for the amount hours. Constant unattainable demands. Over all just asking way too much from managers while compensating them nothing. managers that are scheduled 50 hour work weeks, every night and weekend are basically making $17 an hour. While our quarter bonus barely adds an extra $100. And if you thought you’re people skills and knowledge was needed, no they just need salary managers as line/prep cooks.
