Over all just asking way too much from managers while compensating them nothing. managers that are scheduled 50 hour work weeks, every night and weekend are basically making $17 an hour. While our quarter bonus barely adds an extra $100.
And if you thought you’re people skills and knowledge was needed, no they just need salary managers as line/prep cooks.
