      Avantages

      It used to be a great workplace. There was a true culture of kindness, and people assumed positive intent of each other. The core UserTesting product is amazing.

      Inconvénients

      - Constant layoffs lead to a toxic/anxious culture. Layoffs are juxtaposed with really wasteful expenses all around, which is frustrating. - There can be inept local management for non-US-based teams, and no one will look into it for a long time. - The exec team only cares about themselves and is taking only a quarter-based approach

      Avantages

      Supportive team both immediate and cross-org, great management, flexible PTO

      Inconvénients

      Nothing specific to the org. With any sales role, there will be stresses, and that's no different here. It makes all the difference to have a great system to help you through those challenges

      -- Leadership transparency about what we're doing and why we're doing it; and how we are working through current market instability/uncertainty. -- Compensation & Benefits package is the best I've ever had in the past 3 decades.

      Inconvénients

      -- Our sales team is failing us -- Still(!) working through the tech debt of the Userzoom merger
