- Collaborating with talented stakeholders
- Managers who double up as mentors
- Positive feedbacks and clarity of aim
- Understanding coworkers in the team
- Lot of scope to learn and benefit from
- Upskilling is considered a huge plus
- Lot of variety when it comes to working, you will never be bored
- Accommodating your needs and aligning themselves to them
- You have enough intellectual freedom to contribute your own vision. They expect you to work like you own the company, so you never feel a particular hierarchy.
Inconvénients
- No challenges even if I have to point out as much
- This is a company that believes in evolving and they're quick at it. So I cannot say that it's a regular 9 to 5 job where you'll be completely comfortable. You will have to pitch in, as and when required. But again, it's not a con - it's something that will just add more benefits to your skillset and also something that the managers will remember while marking your performance.
