Avantages
Looking back, none! Seemed nice, but ….
Inconvénients
The company operates under a dual hierarchical system. On one side there is an American-style corporate hierarchy, staffed mostly, though not entirely, by professionals who tend to limit themselves to the bare minimum of their duties and avoid responsibility whenever possible. On the other side lies a parallel hierarchy composed of the CEO’s family and friends from Eastern Europe, a group that lacks managerial expertise but intervenes freely at all levels, making changes based on superficial analysis, personal preferences, and a constant fear of losing control. Despite these dysfunctions the company remains afloat, largely because it is swimming in money, and under these circumstances the aggressive yet narrow-minded CEO appears to serve as the frontman for a money-laundering scheme.
