      Avantages

      The idea that you are helping charities/NFPs save money is great. The Senior Management are keen /happy to reward achievements.

      Inconvénients

      Line Manager not aware of how to treat individuals. Asked to do one thing and then scolded for doing so and asked to do something else instead. Quick to undermine any/all efforts. Line Manager interpersonal skills were lacking, very quick to insult and compare to others versus highlighting the positives and attempting to build upon them. Not a great environment to work in.

      The people there are generally ok

      Inconvénients

      I was paid minimum wage to do the work of my manager who had left, overtime was unpaid and required to finish the sheer amount of work that was on my shoulders. Management only there to lie and lead you on.
