      On time Salary. You meet some great talents. Friendly Colleagues.

      Inconvénients

      Low Salary Illogical Management Rotational Shifts No Career Growth No Job Security No Health Insurance No Sick Leave Bad Appraisal merely few bucks add up to your low salary. Management Politics plus SME’s Politics it’s too much to take for a low end salary job. Target Based Jobs (which changes every month no planing by the management) HR doesn’t care much about the employees. HEALTH IS NOT IMPORTANT DAILY TARGET IS.........

      Avantages

      They have a scientific approach to process management which is interesting. They can sell ice to eskimos and thus to uninitiated clients they can be awarded what seems like high profile projects.

      Inconvénients

      They have no regard for individuals' schedule, place unrealistic time demands on workers to the point of taking complete advantage of them, structure contracts in a manner that positions them to get what they want and then NOT PAY for work performed
