      Avantages

      Good projects to learn. Good for fresher

      Inconvénients

      When you are of no use to company due to lack of project, company throw you out. After resignation company treat you very badly. They want to extend you notice period as per there requirement they don't care about your commitment to new company. If you don't follow them they don't pay salary and and don't give form16 etc. they can go to any extend. Poor appraisals. Salary have variable component of 20% out of which 10% you never get for sure.

      - Everything has its pros n cons. It is up to individual to convert every challenge to an opportunity

      Avantages

      They have a scientific approach to process management which is interesting. They can sell ice to eskimos and thus to uninitiated clients they can be awarded what seems like high profile projects.

      Inconvénients

      They have no regard for individuals' schedule, place unrealistic time demands on workers to the point of taking complete advantage of them, structure contracts in a manner that positions them to get what they want and then NOT PAY for work performed
