Avantages
I greatly appreciate the independence the company provides, so that I can own the business in my region. I receive the support I need from all business units: Inside Sales, Engineering, Professional Services/Support, and Management. There are many passionate individuals that will go above and beyond to assist customers and coworkers. The management team is comprised of some of the most supportive and effective managers I have worked with to date. They engage when necessary during the sales cycle, and provide guidance on long-term goals. At the same time thy know when to step back and let me be my own boss.
Inconvénients
The Enterprise video streaming space is undergoing a rapid rate of innovation & evolution. There is a constant demand to innovate as fast as possible. I appreciate our caution to rush to market with new products, but I look forward to our delivering on proposed innovations at a faster rate. There has been some uncertainty within the company as we evolve to meet the changing needs of the market, but that is commonplace with changes of this magnitude.
