      Avantages

      - Very transparent with information - although sometimes a little too much so - Very structured through EOS; makes meetings predictable and consistent - Growing like a weed which creates opportunities for increases in knowledge, responsibility, position, pay, etc. - Job security - Management Humility; - Very open to change, numerous avenues to provide feedback, listens - Team work - very few "walls" in our region - love my co-workers - Responsive Executive Team when needed

      Inconvénients

      - Still working out the kinks of creating a different organization than we were in the past - both management and staff are still adjusting - not stable yet - Standard policies/benefits/pay/clarity/trust that would be expected of a company our size still needs work but over time will get there - Mediocre communication, critical thinking, and quality execution around major change management

      Avantages

      I've had a good experience working here overall. My coworkers are easy to work with, and most people are willing to answer questions if you need help. Once you learn the job, you're trusted to handle your work without someone constantly checking on you. The environment is professional but still relaxed, and I picked up a lot of new skills during my time here.

      Inconvénients

      Some days are physically demanding.
