Management is ineffective at best, abusive at worst.
No leaders, only bosses.
Cult-like devotion to EOS, but only the lip-service version of it. They read some of the words at least.
Any conversation with bosses regarding issues, bad metrics to follow, etc is generally met with termination or "this job isn't for everyone" instead of any reasonable discussion.

Management is approachable and actually listens to employee feedback. The team environment is positive, and people are willing to help each other out when needed.
