Avantages

Paid medical, decent wages, vacation time

Inconvénients

Very much a lack of leadership from the top. Management treats employees extremely poorly and in a demeaning manner a majority of the time. Be prepared to be micromanaged. Projects are usually delayed making the customer experience an issue.

As chairman, I can say that I think there is some truth to this now very old assessment. But things are now quite different. The company CEO is the original founder and one of the founders of AVIcode, which was acquired by Microsoft in 2010. He is an outstanding manager and professional, who brings his visionary leadership to the VIAcode team. With Victor Mushkatin’s addition as CEO, the board has also added owner Alex Zakonov , Director of Kubernetes at Google. The leadership void has been filled!

Avantages

The management team was hands-on and committed to providing growth and opportunities as we collaborated with our partners and clients. They went out of their way to ensure we had the tools we needed and wanted to succeed.

Inconvénients

Because we had partners on both sides, we had to implement fundamental changes to our day-to-day operations one to two times a month, based on our partners' requests

Avantages

Pay was okay for the most part. People outside of leadership we great

Inconvénients

Leadership, starting at the Head of departments and stretching all the way up to the executive level, are so far behind the times it's almost laughable — if it weren't so frustrating. Decision-making feels like it's stuck in a previous decade, with outdated processes, resistance to change, and a complete unwillingness to listen to the people actually doing the work day-to-day. Modern tools, fresh ideas, and innovative approaches are either dismissed outright or buried under layers of bureaucracy before they ever get a chance. It's demoralizing to watch the competition evolve while those at the top seem perfectly content standing still. Until there's a serious cultural shift in leadership — one that values adaptability, transparency, and forward thinking — this organization will continue to fall further and further behind. Data doesn't lie.
