Avantages

The higher salary is harder to find in other places.

Inconvénients

Supervisors and leadership that berate and degrade their staff. HR team that is extremely incompetent and unresponsive. Toxic workplace environments that are filled with rudeness, passive aggression, and expectations with no training. 0 room for growth. Did not give me my final paycheck.

Avantages

A family-like feel amongst the staff.

Inconvénients

Management is very old, and they still operate in an extremely outdated manner. They are not open to new approaches or suggestions from the younger staff to improve efficiency. Additionally, the Women in Management have a serious attitude issue; they do not know how to leave personal issues at home. You will be treated without respect and like a child, sometimes through the way they speak to you. They can come and leave, and change their remote schedule at any time, whereas staff who are not in management do not have this luxury. Executive staff discuss other staff members and receive perks and advantages that most of the other staff do not, and they do not hold themselves accountable ever.
