      Avantages

      The culture here is great, everyone is very excited and knowledgeable, and people really want to collaborate. The products are interesting and there is a real push to innovate and build something great. I have learned a ton while being here.

      Inconvénients

      Standard issues with a mid/large company: changing priorities and getting pulled in different directions. Too many meetings.

      Outstanding, visionary leadership that wanted to develop something different, with a distinct and refreshing point of view that drew clients from all around the world.

      Had several layoffs or 'restructurings' during my tenure. No 401k match.
