      Avantages

      There are no pros except for pay.

      Inconvénients

      Everything. Being told that you're a disappointment all the time , being told you can't take off if you didn't make your sales goals ,being told you will be fired if you don't make your goals . They won't even supply water to the teams . Too much micromanaging.

      - Very good learning experience - Knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful people in the office

      Inconvénients

      The Chicago office is a commercial site, so all other interns for the bank sit in either New Jersey, New York, or Florida. Not necessarily a bad thing because it helped form better connections with everyone in the office, but networking with other interns was more difficult.
