Avantages
The work schedule was quite lax. The 401k contribution was 3% which is pretty good.
Inconvénients
Senior level management was a revolving door, the finances are not secure. It isn't a secret that many staff are not content with the conditions. They expect more work when employees quit and they are left in a bind.
