      Avantages

      Working as an extension of a clients team brings new challenges daily which keep work challenging and interesting. A different way of doing things compared with most MSPs.

      City centre location. flexible working

      Inconvénients

      Everything by the seat of the pants. Delivering work that is poor quality or only just good enough because the client doesn't know any better. Senior management regularly contradict each other. High staff turnover is illustrative.

      We welcome your feedback, and we are sorry your time at Valorem First has not worked out as we would have hoped.  It is a very fast-paced environment, as to be expected for a company of our age, which is amplified by the successful retention and ongoing engagement we continually get from our existing and new clients. As such, we accept that our environment is not suitable for everyone, and we will endeavour to be clearer about setting expectations as we continue to recruit in line with our growth.
