      Inconvénients

      I joined with a lot of expectations but was totally disappointed within six months of my tenure in the organization. ValueFirst gives more value to unproductive people who speaks their manager's language. Lot of politics, unhealthy gossiping, unwanted parties, inexperienced HR in handling employee issues are some of the key attributes.

      Good for who love to work in office for 9 hrs

      Inconvénients

      No WFH, Cross questioning on taking leave, very micromanagement on fresher level also from higher management, No increment - rarely around in single digit only Very long notice period and non negotiable
