Do not take up a role in the QA org even if it is the last job available on the planet. Micromanagement, like you'd never seen before, all in the name of process. A lot of open bullying and bullies are rising up the ranks. Fear driven environment. Expect to put in a lot, and I mean a LOT of hours everyday. And then be told your inefficiency led you to working long hours. I can keep going, but you get the idea...
