1.It is not a company it's just a startup having lala's as a management. 2.On every point there will be a micromanagement. 3.Pathetic environment 4. No work life balance 5. Stretch till 9-9:30 p.m. I.e. no fixed exit timings. 6. Incentive slab / holidays /targets /salary credit date / incentive credit date are changed without any prior notice as per their requirements. 7. Highly biased management favouring only few and neglecting the hard work with the outcomes of others. 8. CEO/COO doesn't care about culture or ethics of the company. 9. Only requirement of company is profit. 10. They just allure you with higher salary package then can kick you even in a month without any notice period. 11. On floor harassing the employee by abusive language and creating a ruckus everyday for going home even day at 9 p.m.as well.
