      Avantages

      The dress code is fair.

      Inconvénients

      Horrible place to work. Everyone is overworked and underpaid. Management has a "sink or swim" mentality. There is no diversity in this place AND everything is just organized chaos. They do not take into consideration their values and neither does it reflect on their employees. STAY FAR AWAY IF POSSIBLE.

We offer thorough training when an employee first joins Verigent, and slowly build up their responsibilities as their time with Verigent grows.       Great work environment, everyone is treated as family and they allow room for growth

      Inconvénients

      Pay is low for this economy, no bonus/incentive structure. Commision percentages are very low.

      There is no Pros at all!

      Inconvénients

      - Micromanagement - Pay is extremely low for the economy and cost of living - No career growth at all - Do not let you work a hybrid schedule - Low commission - No training or professional development - No sick days - PTO is accrued - 10 days of PTO - your raise will be less than a dollar
