      Avantages

      Eric is a fantastic boss. He is always working to build my skills in project management. This company offers a great opportunity for work/life balance.

      Inconvénients

      Since the company is so small, it can be a solo day at the office pretty often. Many of my coworkers telecommute, so I am alone at the office a lot.

      Hi, not sure who wrote this review but you got the wrong company. We are not in Seattle, there is no Eric here and the office is never empty.

      The work for this position was more engineering paperwork experience, as opposed to tangiable engineering expericence.

      Avantages

      Versatile Power is great at hiring good engineers who really fit into the culture of the company. Everyone is hard working and very friendly. You will get many different projects to work on without feeling overloaded.

      Inconvénients

      Not a very exciting environment. If you want a youthful culture, look elsewhere.

      This review was written by an excellent former employee who came to Versatile Power directly after receiving his undergraduate degree. We work on many projects from high power laser systems to advanced medical electronics. It is challenging to give a recent graduate full responsibility in these types of projects but we do strive to keep everyone's work diverse and interesting. Half of our engineering department is in their 20's and 30's. We try to hire a range of experience levels so everyone can learn from each other.
