      Avantages

      Beginning: Started off strong. My coworkers were friendly and my manager eased me into the job duties. Middle: Fun, exciting, challenging. I enjoyed the work I was doing and was constantly learning. End: Parted on good terms with everyone in the company. I still use my managers as references and catch up on the weekends with several of my coworkers.

      Inconvénients

      The position I wanted to move into wasn’t going to be available anytime soon.
