      Avantages

      A great team lead and leadership in general make it a place where you feel good about your work while knowing the team lead is working just as hard if not harder than you. Pay is a little below surrounding warehouses but not by much. Good team overall.

      Inconvénients

      Is takes some time to get used to the cold.
