      Really exciting company, amazing innovation and development and the chance to take on responsibility for exciting things.

      Inconvénients

      The structure is not great so it's hard to see a path for progression in most roles.

      Avantages

      Hybrid work - you are required to be in the office 3 days a week.

      Inconvénients

      Everything is treated as urgent without clear direction. You will be overworked, and there is definitely high turnover. Poor management, as some managers lack the experience needed for their roles. Some managers just sit behind their desks and don’t even know what they are doing. Extremely limited support for long-term career growth.
