Perspective commerciale
Avantages
This job had a lot of pros to it, for starters, my peers were great, very helpful and smart. The benefits are good as well, right on par with industry standards, the vacation time is a little better than average as you get 3 weeks off the bat. Location and the working space is really nice too, close to a lot of great food and right in the heart of Portland.
Inconvénients
The biggest con will be the management. Middle and Upper management has seen a lot of change, mostly negative. Many of the good managers are leaving or have left for reasons unknown and are being replaced with bad management with agendas and favoritism.
