Regarding your comment about overtime, we would like to clarify that Virtual Employee operates with defined employment agreements and structured work policies that are aligned with role requirements and applicable regulations. Work hours, expectations, and compensation structures are clearly communicated at the time of engagement. In fast-paced client-driven environments, there can occasionally be periods of higher workload; however, we continuously review team capacity planning and project allocation to ensure fairness and sustainability. We take concerns related to workload and compensation seriously and encourage employees to escalate such matters through internal channels for resolution.
