Inconvénients
I was hired under the impression that I would be working with very smart, knowledgeable, and efficient people. Instead I found a culture that extolled overwork instead of balance and efficiency. There are countless studies proving how a well-rested balanced employee can run circles around an exhausted and overworked employee. I'm afraid this is just another churn-and-burn shop. TDD is seen as a waste of time especially for large complex projects with critical deliverables. Consequently at this company I saw some of the worst cowboy code I have ever seen in my 25 years of writing code. The most important thing I learned from Visier was how much I value work/life balance and insist on working with others who value the same.
