Avantages

Great company, with great benefits. The team values their employees and want them to be open about what they can do to help contribute to a great work environment. Often, the CEO, CMO, or CFO will pop by your desk and strike up a conversation or ask how you're doing. Specifically, my team is my favorite part about working here. I consider them not only my teammates, but my friends and look forward to coming to work everyday. The company wants to help you get to where you want to go in your career, and I have never felt more supported. We've recently switched to an open PTO policy, rolled out a recognition program, and do bi-weekly events. We also have great benefits, a break room full of snacks, flexible hours, and casual dress.

Inconvénients

Although there has been some turnover in 2019, management has been transparent about these changes and the direction the company wants to go. New hires have been placed in positions that better align departments for the future of the company and the new hires contribute to a refreshing positive outlook and bring a lot of exciting ideas and momentum to the table.

Thank you for your review. VisionWeb is proud of our people and our collaborative and friendly culture across all teams and levels of the organization. It is great to read that you have enjoyed your teammates and have felt supported in your career. We are currently working on bringing elements of our fun in-office environment that you noted to our now remote office setting. VisionWeb did go through organizational changes over a year ago, has been re-aligned to better fit our strategic plans for the future. Today the company is continuing to expand and flourish through our three major lines of business.
