Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Good Company to start with. Good opportunity to learn back-end development. Lots of support from Seniors. One of the best company out there to handle the immigration stuff.
Inconvénients
No relevant hikes or bonuses as company is giving excuses of financial set back due to COVID and at the same time hiring hundreds of employees in India. Literally cancelled the hikes that were promised during the promotion cycle. Very few interactive events outside office even before COVID. Office culture is dead serious. No 401K match. Medical and Dental insurance are far from worse. Technological stack is way too old and no plans of migration from the legacy code to a better technology.
