Expect long hours and unrealistic deadlines. - Zero work ethics - professionalism and integrity are not valued. - Compensation is subpar and doesn't reflect industry standards. - Toxic work culture - favoritism, gossip, and negativity thrive. - Zero growth opportunities - learning and development are not prioritized. - No learning curve - stagnation is the norm. I would not recommend Vunet Systems to anyone seeking a healthy and fulfilling work environment.
