Sorry to say No pros in working in the WII..other WEG branches are better.
Inconvénients
Working environment is worst..management is biased ..here employees are not important machines are important. Lackluster attitude of management towards employees. HR policies are worst. At the time of joining they will not tell you anything and they will give bond even for 5 years experience guys. I will advice you all not to join this organization. It will ruin all your life here. This company is here only to make money either employee dies. Only they have show off and everything is fake. E.g. In this organization for brazilians bus service is there that too ac and for indian employees normal bus service and over that our HR will tell.."indians are like that let them adjust"
