Avantages

CEO is a POC. As long as you're willing and able to make a case, you can pretty much negotiate salary on a regular basis.

Inconvénients

CEO doesn't respond to feedback unless it echoes their position. Line staff paid poorly while "contracted" folks reap benefits reserved for staff.

Fast pace, family oriented, doesn't micro-manage, great co-workers, single office, tons of responsibilities

Inconvénients

Lack of communication can cause issues. Not able to work remote.
