The supervisors are overworked due to the shortage of supervisors. Supervisors quit or walk out due to the 12+ hour shifts that they didn't sign up for. We are constantly begging associates to work overtime due to the shortage in staff and management. Zero culture with employee morale in the dumps. You can try to schedule a fun event, but no support from leadership team.
