      The quality of the content is excellent.

      Inconvénients

      There is a revolving door. You either keep your job for 20 years or you are gone in 1 or 2. Very talented people don't want to get involved in the politics and say no when recruited.

      This non-profit truly loves what they do and they try to take care of their employees as much as possible.

      Inconvénients

      As expected from a non-profit, the salary isn't very competitive.
