      Avantages

      German Quality, Verity of product range,

      Inconvénients

      Employees are underpaid, Politics..If you know buttering then only join.. Management oriented approach. Customer are always struggling Management is not ready to listen Sales and customer problem. Company is targeting 500 Cr target in 2025 but if situation will be like this then 100 Cr is enough. No respect for employee, worst incentive policy , worst working culture, worst language used by managers to their employees.

      Avantages

      - Amazing (multi cultural) workers. - Great work environment. - Hybrid (3 days in office 2 days remote) working days. - Okay management - Helpful coworkers. - They value employees that have worked there 10 plus years and so many have been there over 20 years. - Usually promote internally and will outsource if necessary only. - Great benefits. - Amazing training. - Very patient.

      Inconvénients

      - Very time consuming tasks. - Extensive knowledge of industrial measurement of pressure and heating products needed. - Very stressful. - Seniority is everything since people have worked there 10, 15 even 30 years before you. - Below average salary. - Very high email volume.
