      The ability to work with children with Autism

      No training, no benefits, over worked with no supervision, under paid, unethical practices, not based on ABA practices as defined by the BACB, no job security, no professionalism, no support system, unprofessional work environment, RBTs identified themselves as glorified babysitters, no safety training, etc

      Paid Well, low expectations, low qualifications

      Inconvénients

      Owner was rarely present, management was nice with heavy workload but low experience, limited supplies and resources to do job.
