Avantages
There are not any pros to working here with the new CEO. The previous CEO had a people first approach. The current one is not focused on the people who do the hard work rather on his personal reputation. In the last 6 months we have had 28% of the workforce made redundant or left voluntarily.
Inconvénients
No EAP provided. No support provided by senior leadership for matters of importance. Lots of secret keeping and untruths told. Lots of contradictions from words and actions. Culture has plummeted in the last 12 months. Morale is poor. No accountability taken by senior leaders just blame shifting.
