Sales all work every Saturday, but get Sunday and a day off during the week, which can also be a valuable benefit, as you can accomplish things during a weekday that you might not accomplish on a Saturday.

Not a lot of good paying jobs in the area. Employees are treated somewhat fairly. Good employees are treated well.

Used to be focused on being different than other places now it is all about expense ratios compared to 20 group numbers around the country. The customers are the worst part of it - seem to have an entitled mindset. 401k match is a joke for such a successful business.
