Avantages

Worked at Watchguard 5-10 years. With Prakash as CEO and before the board hired a new CRO this was the best company anyone could hope to work for in sales. Great products, marketing, highly developed channels, acceptable lead flows and quota retirement on total Contract value plus renewals counted toward quota retirement. 80-90% of sales reps honor exceeded plan.

Inconvénients

After the new ceo took over, and the new CRO had to fire people to replace them with lower paid reps, and comp plans became too hard for many with new 30-40% growth targets, its bad. The CEO approval rating of 85% is for Prakash only, the new guy likely has 20-25% max

Open, connected culture backed by strong leadership. If you want to lead, you will get your chance. A lot of input, a lot of feedback, and support create a great place to work.

Inconvénients

Many legacy staffers who take a while to change and adapt, but the new team and leadership support change and improvement.

Used to be a great company under Prakash! Now, the new leadership is slashing and burning the great culture that once was WatchGuard

Inconvénients

Cutting costs and firing very good people. New leadership does not care about legacy, loyaly, and commitment.
