- While our People & Culture team did an amazing job responding to COVID and helping everyone get settled into working from home, Wave's in office culture is so strong that the transition to working remotely was deeply felt - Wave moves quickly, which is amazing, but the constant change made it difficult to stabilize my team at times, especially during tax season
